Q: Do you pay with actual cash or a check?
A: If the amount is over $300, we pay with a local bank check that you can go and cash immediately. (It is much safer for you to carry a check than large sums of cash.)
Q: Can you give me a ride home if I sell my car to you?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time.
Q: How do you assess the value of my vehicle?
A: We use dealer auction averages, Kelley Blue Book, and our extensive knowledge of the automotive industry.
Q: Does the whole process really just take 30 minutes?
A: Yes. Sometimes we can buy your car in less time. Many times, we have done it in 15 minutes.
Q: Will you really pay more than Carmax?
A. Yes. If you bring a written Carmax offer, we will beat it.
Q: If my car is not running will you come to my place to look at it?
A: It depends. We assess this situation on a case by case basis. Call us and we will let you know if this is an option.
